Glendy Castillo, MBA highly motivated is one of the founder at AGS. Results-oriented, Glendy's passion for helping others, especially with their tax needs, prompted her to embark on the AGS journey, which began with a dream and now has a solid foundation. Glendy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Saint Joseph in 2020. After graduating, she joined a mid-size firm as a Staff Accountant for over three years, gaining valuable experience before obtaining her MBA from the University of Hartford. Dedicated to professional growth and continuous learning, Glendy is currently diligently working toward achieving her CPA licensure and is eager to contribute her skills and expertise to her clients' tax needs..
Siva Jaiganesh CPA, started his career in non-profit work after graduating from the University of Washington, Bothell. He has been a part of the AGS family since its humble beginnings in December 2023, when the company started with a phone call. He earned his CPA in January 2024 and believes that having a friendly approach to tax preparation helps ease the stress for our clients.
Aarya Banskota is a licensed CPA. She is one of the founders of AGS and a passionate professional dedicated to making the world of tax easier and more accessible. She graduated with a degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University. Her journey began during her Junior year in college when she stepped into the world of public accounting through a tax internship at a mid-sized firm. Over the years, Aarya completed multiple internships, gaining valuable experience before transitioning to a full-time role in public accounting upon graduation. Today, her goal is simple: to alleviate the stress of tax preparation and help clients focus on what truly matters.
